I have just finish watching The Gem Of Life. To me longer o shorter series, It doesn't matter to me. I have most TVB series. Even Kindred Spirit, longest series that TVB have ever met. Which is a total of 1,128 episodes long. Even now I have wanted to re watch this series, but I don't know if I have that many patient and time to rewatch it.
Anyway back to The Gem Of Life, this series have a good opening. Then afterward, the series took for a turn. The seemed very long and draggy because of all of the drama between the sisters. Other is that the story line is not very fresh and too similar to series from the past. I have expect it to be more focus on the jewel industry I guess. I hope that series in the future will be more entertaining to watch.
